Targeting on console

Similar to standing in place, not being able to target specific areas while holding L2 is very detrimental to many builds. Right now i'm playing divine ire, and i can no longer charge and release spam the beam because i move up every single time so i have to reset my char just to be in a good position. I love the idea of having more skill options, but this change shouldnt come at the expense of something as vital as targeting and standing still. There should at least be an option to change L2 back to what it previously was
