Zana questline (Memory Eater) is bugged (T7 map)

I have the quest "complete an elder influenced tier 7 map" but there's no elder influence on my atlas and it's not spawning no matter how many maps/shaper influenced maps I run.
I got the first memory fragment *before* actually spawning elder influence (by joining my friends' map and getting the memory fragment there), I have not had any elder influence at any point. And I can't get it to spawn either.

Is there any way to get elder to spawn? So I could continue with the Zana's quest line. :(

Not a bug. Just run yellow tier and red tier maps. Stop running shaper maps though because getting rid of shaper influence takes away potential adjacent maps for elder influence to spawn.

Thanks! That worked. I guess previously I just kept doing the shaper maps so elder had a smaller chance to spawn.
