Alva stuck, unable to do either Temple or Incursions

My Alva appears to have gotten herself into a state where it's impossible for me to progress Incursion content.

When I talk to her, I have the option to "View Temple," but not to "Open Temple":



Viewing the temple shows me "0 incursions remaining," and Alva gives her "I did it! I mean, we did it!" dialogue, as if my temple were ready to run, but I can't actually run it:



Attempting to run one of her missions gives me a warning that Alva won't appear because my temple is ready to run:

I'm not sure exactly how I got like this. As far as I remember, what I've done so far was:

• Ran my first temple, everything went fine.
• Ran my second temple, completed it just fine.
• Extra portals from my second temple remained up in my hideout for a long time; I did various other stuff during this time.
• Eventually I wanted to run an Alva mission again. I clicked one of the portals to make them go away; it gave me a message that said "Cannot connect to instance. That subarea has expired because it is no longer the most recent child instance for this area." The portals went away as expected.
• I tried to run an Alva mission, but received the "Alva won't spawn" warning so cancelled out.
• At this point, everything was in the state described above.

If anyone's found a workaround for this, let me know!

Update: Forcing my hideout to reload by switching to a different hideout fixed the issue.
