Is there a way to get 4 out of 6 blue sockets on a str/dex unique item?

Other than burning 1000's of chromatics? I read posts about Vorici, but he's no longer accessible, right?

The socket recipes in delve are available pretty quickly. (You should get 1 and 2 within your first few trips.)

If you want 1R and 1G along with your 4B, it's going to take you roughly 1000 chromis (that's an average, so could be quite a bit more or less) using any of 1B, 2B or 3B vorici on the bench. That is regardless of the armor.

If you want either 2R or 2G with the 4B, it will cost you somewhat more (1500+) and exactly how much (on average) will depend on the str and dex requirements of the piece. Best receipe will also vary a bit there as well. google vorici calculator.

Jewellers can be a better option when the Chromi cost gets into the tens or hundreds of thousands (e.g. if you wanted 6B on your item) and you are crafting from the ground up, but in this case Chromis are the better option.

You can also get close to what you want and use Vorici’s bench in the research safehouse to try to turn white the sockets that aren’t the correct color. At level 3 the item can get 1 - 3 white sockets.

You can combine both methods for the best result eventually.
