failed to connect to instance

everytime i try to enter my hideout the game boots me back to login and i get a pop up that says failed to load instance or something like that. i can go other places in the game like menagerie or mine. i have a betrayal safehouse open and a map open in mine. it happened yesterday to then it started working again so i didn't report it.
Resolved/temporarily:

after logging in and running blood aqua a few times i received a trade request and ported back to hideout and it worked tested on other character and it works as well no idea what fixed it but maybe it was resetting blood aqua a few times i honestly have no idea.
so after thinking it was fixed it started happening again this time no maps or anything open in my hideout. new information as well as not being able to visit my hideout i cannot visit my friends hideout either on doing so i exit to log in with the same failed to connect to instance error edit: after the second time it started happening tried to run blood aqua again to see if it would fix it again and getting same crash and error when i try to load in there. edit: it's happening on both of my characters in league edit 2: tried creating new character in standard same problem with twilight strand instead of hideout edit 3: swapped servers same problem continues to occur except that it does it on loading into the game instead of porting to hideout edit for clarity. client.txt as requested:same info this time around nothing new in the logs

next time it happens, don't login again but close the game. Then open the file client.txt and see if there is any info in that at the time on the DC.
If the file is very big, delete it and start the game again. Provoke the error and then do what I wrote before and post details here if any. |

does your ISP device have any kind of firewall (UPnP) active ?
If yes, then either disable it or lower the settings and try again. Also check if you have firewall active on your windows pc. |
