it's all over the place.
% damage per dex, but 70 int. int + es (for spells), but then damage to attacks. haste is.... ehhh???? |

A physical based/conversion dex stacking ci build that's starved on int doesnt seem like a far stretch

So far the only dex stacking build I've seen is the Tornado Shot one. And they need crit multi, cold damage, quantity and the usual life/resist affixes. Physical damage is worthless, energy shield is worthless, intelligence can be taken from somewhere else and not waste a valuable suffix, the granted haste did make me giggle because you gotta go with the vaal one or bust.
