Fortify does not support Animate Guardian's Weapon from Chains of Command

Symptoms
Animated weapons from Chains of Command do not get the Fortify visual effect and socketing the gem does not add anything to their tab in the character screen.

How to reproduce
Socket Fortify Support Gem into Chains of Command. Observe the character window or the minion.

Other
Fortify does work with Animated Guardian and Animate Weapon skill gems.
