help me to download the game please

i am trying to download the game since a week please help me..... i deleted the game many time, anti virus and firewall of.

I presume you are trying to get the game from the website, correct? Are you having trouble in downloading or also installing?
Do you see any error messages? If so, can you please take a screenshot of them and post them here? |

Not sure how to fix this... a quick google search later, try:
- Pack Check - Completely uninstall game (including manually remove any remaining files like config) before reinstalling - Use another connection or a VPN, or even change DNS(?) |

so nothing to do :(

after the game finish downloading........ i cant open it and i have an error message:
Exception - failed to create mutex, how can i fix that please thank you |
