Name-Locking and Ground-Target Spells

Short version - If you start casting something like firestorm over the ground then immediately sweep your mouse over mobs while holding the button down, it will catch a mob target and name-lock. Wanting to keep it ground-target, you have to allow the first full cast animation to finish before you touch any mobs with your cursor. If you're holding down a cast and go out of mana, and your casting stutters while over mobs, it will similarly name-lock when it starts back up.

Mouse pacing, high cast speed, and not going out of mana makes for much easier/more responsive ground target spam.
