Impossible to get Coves map with 3 maps recipe.

So Coves(t13) map it's conected to Shipyard(t12) and wasteland(t14), but shipyard it's connected to 2 tier 13: Coves and Belfry. Here is the problem, when you have 2 maps one-tier-highier connected, if you do the recipe and it doesn't gave you the map you want(in my case belfry), you have to change the rarity of one of the maps in the recipe so it will give the other map, 3 white shipyard maps give me belfry, if i put at least one rare or magic IT should give me a coves or if i sell 6 shipyard maps it should give me one belfry and one coves But it doesn't, It keep giving me shrine map the t13 that it is in the other atlas quadrant. you can see in the image below, i put the blue line to represent the atlas quadrant separation.


So all the recipes that i tried with shipyard map gave me shrine or belfry and i tried something crazier, selling 3 carcass map(that is connected to shrine) and game me a shrine map. So how can i get the coves map using the 3 maps recipe?

At this point i already bought the map to do my red elder but i want to report this bug i guess.
