Minions disappearing early with distance
This is a bug that I've noticed with skeletons, though I've heard claims it can happen with spectres and totems as well. I'm not really sure what to include in a screenshot, so I'll just describe it.
The short of it is that if you move away from minions too quickly, they'll despawn prematurely. This can easily be replicated with Summon Skeleton and Flame Dash (having extra minion duration can help show that they're simply not expiring). Summon up a few skeletons, and then quickly move away from them, using all three of your charges from Flame Dash. As you keep moving, they should disappear before their timer runs out.
