Can we get refunds since the game doesn't work?

Bought a ps4 pro for this game as I already beat it on a potato pc and wanted to play with less lag. Oh what a mistake. Crashes galore. Glitchy skills. More crashes and more crashes. Lost instances and maps. So much wasted currency and time. I feel like we should be able to get full refunds for this broken state of the game.

No refunds for MTX.

This type of monetization has inspired me to never pay for goods in a free to play game again.

Because if it ends up being a broken mess and you bought stuff for it, you've lost any chance of refunding.

IF (I highly doubt it looking at how the Xbox version and how unstable it is, years <- later) PoE becomes a very smooth experience like Diablo 3 on console, I would be more than happy to spend more money, I am guessing a lot more people would too.
