Sweep does not hit monsters

Sweep is not hitting the monsters as often as it should. With a hit chance of 85% i am only hitting the monsters every 4 times on average. I also tested this with resolute technique and the same result, hitting monsters only once out of 4 swings on average. This makes the skill simply unplayable for me i first thought it was my hit chance or just rng, but after lvling with it till lvl 49 i could not stand it anymore. I have to swing 4 times even though i one shot monsters because of this bug.
