The map layout in Labyrinth (not Labrynth) is supposed to be weird/wonkie compared to rest of PoE. This is "working as intended" by GGG. Some of the zones are "twisty little passages that all look alike" (I challenge anyone to remember where that line comes from... no Google cheating please). Sometimes a zone has a super funky layout. It's all part of the design to make it uniquely distinctive. Don't ask/expect GGG to change the zone layouts because it frustrates/confounds you. I like that it has some strange and crazy layouts.
If you need help on the daily layout to make faster runs then use the PoE Lab utility. "You've got to grind, grind, grind at that grindstone..."

Today's layout is bugged for all those who are wondering, the 4th darkshrine just straight up doesn't exist which makes enchant runs objectively worse.
