Game crashes when al+tabbing while changing instance

My client often crashes when I alt+tab while changing my instance. It happens when I use a waypoint to exit an act zone or someone else's ho. When the crash occurs the screen goes black and the sounds start and stop until eventually the whole game just closes. It does not happen every time. I'm always playing on fullscreen and alt+tab to a web browser if that helps. I've also noticed that I have to alt+tab while the loading screen is visible wait a few seconds in the browser and alt+tab into the game when I expect the instance I'm going into to be loaded (by that I mean I can see and control my character even if some stuff is still being loaded in the background).

This happens to me too.

What i do to make the game crash.

While loading an instance i Alt+tab out of the game > After 1-2 seconds i alt+tab back into the game. Results in a black screen with game sound for a couple seconds, after 2-3 seconds the audio cuts out and the game closes completely.

I can reproduce this whenever.
