[Solved] Can't buy supporter pack, Xsolla...

I contacted their support and they told me to check my bank account. But I was using Paypal!

Then they told me to contact PayPal because according to Xsolla it's PayPals fault. PayPal customer service is closed...

Then my help chat with Xsolla bugged out... Okay then. I have to wait for PayPal to respond and hope it will be fixed I guess?

After a lot of checking I went back to Xsolla support. My PayPal account is completely in order.

After some more checking the Xsolla employee found out that if you cancel a subscription (from another merchant at Xsolla) and also cancel the billing agreement that future billings (including non-subscriptions like the ones from GGG) will all get declined and they won't show in your PayPal logs.

In order to solve this an Xsolla employee has to remove this entry from their system before you can purchase something from GGG again. Well at least I can give GGG monies again but man took a whole day to figure this out...


So if you ever cancelled a subscription and the billing agreement from a merchant that uses Xsolla, you must contact their support first before you can use them again.
