Ps4: full passive reset

Hi I logged back in on poe after the patch 3.7 came out all my characters got the full reset except one.

Same here, I have 3 characters, lvls 63 Duelist, 73 Ranger, 85 Witch,

Ranger and Duelist got their Passive tree totally reseted, but my Witch is not reseted, please fix that as soon as possible

I already sent an email to Path of Exile support

If the changes to your characters' passive tree are significant, their tree is fully-reset. All other Standard characters get an optional reset. It happens each time a new league is introdued [and there are changes to the passive tree]. I'd recommend saving your character tree somewhere before next reset comes to know more or less what passives it had.

L3+up on dpad let's you reset whole tree, it just doesn't show in UI
