Harbinger Challenger Eyes not working with the new Korean God Helmet

As the title says, Harbinger Challenger Eyes are nowhere to be seen while wearing Korean God Helmet as seen in the picture: . The eye effect can still be seen while wearing a Helmet Skin that doesn't cover the over the eye effect as seen:
Abyss Helmet Skin covers over the eye effect, as it has textures more forward from the face:
I tested other characters as well and the same problem seems to be with all.
