People just got to be first and be salty over the little of things.

Could be wrong, but doesn't seem like a lot changed besides the new blitz nodes.

I'm not sure I like Blitz.. it kind of weakens the node behind it. I also don't quite get why you ended up keeping that 0.1% life degen, like you really wanted to keep it on somehow. I know it's only for a brief moment but why at that point, doesn't really make much sense anymore.

Other then that it's pretty solid, I may actually consider this for a character now.

It is much better now. It is capped at 5% degen now (it seems like it is no longer an "effect" of rage, in exchange for pretty insane buffs (150% attack damage, 75% attack speed and 30% move speed at max rage with the tripled effects). And while you are at max rage and fighting, you aren't even taking the degen.

I feel like the double damage part isn't included, but if it is, then its a further 37% chance for double damage...
