Guide: How to (or NOT to) become a popular streamer
Based on my investigation and all the observations for 8 or so years I think I have now cracked the answer why so many people enjoy watching streams. So if you're that guy with 2 daily viewers that is trying to figure out why nobody likes him, here are some tips on how to attract many many simpletons.
Most importantly - you need to be a sellout. Whether naturally or by faking it. Otherwise those few viewers are all you're going to get. Or if you're already a mess of a character... You are in luck (or not)... So just be yourself then! Here are a few examples what you need to do: 1. Be controversial. Make ridiculous statements (give people something to argue about then ban the angry minorities and the rest of the herd will love you for that). 2. Be a goofball with some added original flavor (silly soundtracks, weird emoji's or dressing up like a dork... All things like that help, so find something that fits you the most or pretend that it does). 3. Be toxic and learn what is condescending speech or if that's too complicated - just say dumb shit. Someone will find it entertaining anyways. Trust me. This is all about taking steps to the next #4. 4. Have a trigger happy finger ready to ban anyone and everyone who dares to argue with you. Social rats love that, all they are waiting for is someones demise so they can get their dose for the moment by collaborative online bullying. Also try not to let anyone expose you for your controversies but if it gets too far... oh well your fans won't remember anything the next day just make sure to end the ban with a note that makes you look cool to the masses. Master those techniques exile and I will promise you that your face will get on the front page of PoE website! you can tell by the their "highlight" clips all around YT constant overreactions, commanded by the leader of the circus (the viewers)..
how they are different than beggers? I guess if you remove the fact that they have a house, food, sleeping on a soft and clean bed, some of them need to work more on their hygiene for sure (kek) but that doesnt matter, the more dirty you look it shows "passion" that you're doing it for a living I guess.. "Parade your victories, hide your defeats. Mortals are so insecure."
Once you break the cycle of fear no angels or demons can whisper you their sweet nothing words. Retired since crucible.(Not a free tester anymore for a multi billion dollar company). |

I will never understand why people care either way about streamers. I just don't get it. Seems utterly useless to me.

" Don't dwell on it too much. No one understands everything. Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you.

Imagine all day staring at screen that throw shit at you, relevant reality my ass.

" My experience is that those two won't get you everything, but will get you close enough. |

" I hope you feel the same way about the olympics or sports |

" sounds like you got banned lol There's no powercreep here. Creep implies it's slow and could be overlooked, this is a full out sprint.

" TL;DR: "my fav streamer banned me. all the internet is a big armhole" Unknown rule type: SetFondSize

" White knights in shining armor are coming to defend streamers. How surprising. |
