Feedback on building a budget RIG

Guys need your feedback on building a budget semi gaming rig.

Parts
Proc: INTEL i5-9400f(yes I need a dedicated GPU to run this)

Mobo: MSI b360 gaming plus (yes I might need to update BIOS)

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB (1 X 8GB) DDR4 3000 (PC4-24000) C16 Desktop Memory - Black PC Memory CMK8GX4M1D3000C16

GPU: not important as of the moment

Storage: WD Blue 3D NAND 1TB PC SSD - SATA III 6 Gb/s, 2.5"/7mm - WDS100T2B0A (not sure what is the difference between this and the one with WD Blue 1TB Internal SSD - SATA III 6 Gb/s, 2.5"/7mm - WDS100T1B0A, please explain)

PSU: EVGA 80bronze 450w

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master RR-212S-20PK-R1 Hyper 212 Black Edition CPU Air Cooler 4 Direct Contact Heat pipes 120mm Silencio Fan.

Case: not important as of the moment.

if you wanna go budget, get a smaller SSD, 256GB are well enough, even 512GB are a lot cheaper. Even when stacking a 2 TB HDD to the 256 it's cheaper and still fast. and NAND is some proprietary thingie from WD^^

Corsair memory... why a named memory?

I wouldn't save money when buying the PSU by the way, gold standard or bust :)

To answer your questions,

#1 I need more storage, poe4.0 will be 50gb+ ( regarding the NAND i still don't get the difference in the other variant where it says SATA instead of NAND and why is NAND cheaper?? no answers can also be found in google when comparing the 2 WD variants)

#2 Why a named memory, well I learnt my lesson not to cheap out on things plus it is one of the cheapest and most reliable brand.

#3 Well this one iam willing to save since I only use my pc atleast about 3hours per day, atleast bronze is better than generic :)

#4 Well at first I want to get the r5 2600 but its much expensive when paired with the MOBO, and since im not opening multiple programs I guess its better to have a faster single core performance.


I would love to hear more from you, also the parts I choose is cheaper and more powerful than some PC. (Good to hear that there are no compatibility issues for the parts I choose, im only worried if the cpu fan will hit something :) )

I run my system plus 3 or 4 games on my SSD with 256MB, which is not really a problem, but well for data there is 4 TB in hdds.

NAND is only a brand, nothing else, maybe something with the firmware or whatever. But the Color Definition from WD have different warranty setups, maybe the difference is somewhere there?

With the memory, most infineon chipsets are ok, but that needs research. If the corsairs are cheap enough, thats fine.
Concerning the CPU Cooler, its more of a question of you GPU^^ But the board has two PCEe so there shouldn't be any problem.

In a budget rig, the GPU is a huge deal, as its doing the heavy lifting.

The motherboard and cpu are one of the potential bottlenecks (and less so memory) but that video card is really gonna be the basis for the performance you can expect - you've got to decide how much you're willing to dump there if you want to decide how much you'll have available to get the rest of your components.

That's not to say an SSD won't have a dramatic improvement in general, but its not like you're running dual cards in sli.

You really need 16 GB RAM for gaming these days and it's affordable. I highly recommend this brand for RAM

I'm not sure what resolution you want to play at but a 1050 ti is plenty and that should be paired with a Gold rated PSU for more reliability.
