Essence of Horror Cannot hit Less Duration craft

For some reason, Essence Crafting can hit almost every affix on almost every item. However, some affixes Essence Crafting entirely skips.

The Elder Prefix - Socketed Gems are Supported by Level ## Less Duration - cannot be crafted onto items via essence of horror. It works with every other type of crafting, but for some reason not essences.

Thanks for confirming this case, but is it possible that the information regarding mod families is shared with the community so that we don't have to bruteforce trying to figure out whether something is possible or not?

Especially since there is no definitive way of knowing 100% that something is impossible due to the possibility of bad RNG.

Please! Crafting is already hard and requires a lot of patience and knowledge, but not having access to that knowledge only brings frustration.

Most of all we, as players, cannot be certain of anything that is RNG related, especially when it´s a rare crafting component.

It is ridiculous that such important information about craft was hidden all the time. WTF is this? How long you, GGG, are you going to hide such important information for no reason?

It does clarify, but is quite disheartening... not just because of the amount of currency I invested in something that wasn't transparent.

The level of crafting involved to get both "less duration" as well as Concentrated Effect and Burning Damage and on an Essence of Horror is obscenely ludicrous. It would never be pulled off in a league, and cost thousands upon thousands of attempts in standard (at an exalt+ per attempt, no less).

All because a "20% More" modifier might be overpowered? Even though it has a tradeoff of making Vaal Righteous Fire last less time?

I cannot see a Game Balance reason why this would be the case.
