Gems ignoring stat requirements once equipped.

So while playing the game I noticed I no longer had the dex requirement for my ice golem skill, but still was able to cast it and use it, unequipped the gem and wasn't able to slot it back in however I shouldn't have been able to level up the gem past the dex requirement nor should I have been able to use the item it was inside untill I got to said dex requirement afterward but neither was the case.

Since then I have reproduced it with Warlord's Mark, a red gem.

Check your amulet

He have right i looking at my char and i have 84 dex when i need 85 dex for faster attacks.

I check the items, i don't have any "% reduced requarments"
But the odd think if i remove item that have dexterity it will stop working

He is clearly using an amulet that allows you to equip things he doesn’t meet the requirements for.

Woops, my bad, it looks odd that it's still marked red. thanks for the explaination though.
