Can't drop item or move when inventory full...

I was running a memory fragment. I had my inventory open. It was full. I picked up a sword to replace another item in my inventory. When I clicked on an item in the inventory, nothing happened. I tried dropping the item, nothing happened, it stayed on my cursor. I was unable to move while while holding the item. I thought I would have to restart to get unstuck, then I remembered I had my secondary weapon slots, and was able to place the item there and finally move. If this had not been a weapon or shield in my hand, I would not have been able to continue without re-starting.

Type /destroy in chat to delete whatever item you are holding on your cursor.

If the ground is full of item and there's no room for your item to drop, it will get stuck on your mouse cursor.
If that is the case, just move to another place less crowded with items and try again.

The problem was not the ground, as I could not swap items in my inventory or slots.
