items autohide after 3 seconds

Since Synthesis for some reason all items regardless of filter auto-hide (gotta hold ALT to see) after just 2-3 seconds since drop making it more or less impossible to see loot reliably after the actual combat is done.

Is there some way of disabling this? Always highlight shows everything yes i know, as it should, however it always highlight everything which itself blocks loot especially in memories.

I just want to be able to see rares and higher long enough to be able to loot them again. I couldn't find anything in options or forums but there must be something i've missed cuz this is awful.

Z is the default keybind to fix this.

z is for enable or disable highlight all, so yes that "fixes" the problem, but causes another that always highlight all chests, doors, and the biggest problem: in memory nexus where "memory stabalizer"s block half of all loot in the vicinity.

Edit: here is a picture of highlight all on, either i cant see loot, or loot gets blocked by non-loot
