Thinking about this for Friday. Use Ornament of the East until I can afford a Lycosidae or a crafted evade weapon. Convert all physical to lightning and cold with phys to lightning and Hrimsorrow. Use Elemental Focus to avoid ailments for Righteous Providence and Inevitable Judgement.

My life in PoB is currently only 4457 which is concerning but also 1576 ES. A small amount of ES leech and with the ES and Life regen it might be ok.
