Notebook with Intel + NVIDIA GPU

How can i order the game to use my NVIDIA graphic card instead of Intel HD Graphics (integrated crap unit). I can't pick from textbox anything beside Intel HD Graphics.
The game have about 5-10 FPS in MENU. I fear the game itself will be unplayable.

There are other threads about that, but the recomended solutions are not helping and I stil have a problem set the nvidia gpu instead of intel.

-do not have the option on rightclicking client.exe
-using -adapter:1 command within the shortcut -> the game
fails starting
-already have changend the nvidia settings for client.exe
and the game is stil using the intel device

Perhaps one of these works for you.

Could u link me to one of those threads? Can't find them with the Search option.

Edit: Got my problem fixed by changing my Nvidia options.
3D-options -> global options -> prefered GPU -> change it from auto to Nvidia

Yes, perfect worked for me. But this will raise battery usage a bit since when it is on Auto the Intel HD chip dues smaller GPU tasks that would take the Nvidia card more power to do. But I suspect it is almost now noticeable.
