0.9.8 Update

I wanted to release it tomorrow, but we decided to do it tonight to get extra feedback. Bugs found in tonight's version can be fixed tomorrow.
Also, note that the legacy migration is NOT occuring tonight. It will occur at the start of the weekend event though. You'll get to play the 0.9.8 balance with your existing characters to help us test it before we do the migration. Last edited by Chris#0000 on Oct 31, 2012, 5:44:10 AM

Just one question...
If we start a new character after 0.9.8 goes live, but before the migration of old characters takes place - will the new character be migrated as well, or stay on in the new league? |

Sounds like a good idea. No reason not to test it before its going out to open. :)
