Lag Spike Apos Trocar de Instancia
Prezados Bom dia,
Last bumped on Apr 7, 2018, 7:57:58 PM

Primeiro contato 10/01:

Hello,
For the last 5-7 days, we are having high latency in a few map instances. You can check these images to see what I mean. https://imgur.com/a/AA8NW Can you please check your server instances for any problem, or explain me why only in one instance I have issues? Thank You. Hi,
Yes, it is. Right now I am facing high latency variation, with the same pattern, only in random instances. If I left the map, and join again, the latency goes back to normal. Resposta 22/01:

Hi there,
Thank you for getting back to us, and I'm sorry to hear this! To investigate further, can you please provide us with the IP address associate with that instance? You should be able to locate this in the client.txt file in directory "C:\Program Files (x86)\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile\logs". Also, do you experience this in any other gateways? We appreciate any further details you're able to provide, and I apologise for the hassle. Kind regards, Alex Terceiro contato(23/01):

Hey, where is writen yes, is a NO! The problem is only with the Sao Paulo gateway.
Last edited by fabriciomind#0648 on Mar 5, 2018, 10:23:55 AM

Puts Eu sou de BH e tenho NET!!! Igual voce.
