Forsaken Masters Achievement - Zana bugged

Okay, I noticed this already at the start of Betrayal league in december. I thought it might get fixed after the league when it merges, but that wasn't the case.
I don't know what happened, but when I played Betrayal, I had a maxed out Zana already from the get-go (after encountering her in Oriath of course). Maybe because I maxed here out during Incursion league? Anyways, it never unlocked for the Forsaken Masters Achievement, although I clearly brought her to the maximum Decoration Level. Apparently it didn't unlock during Incursion, not in Betrayal and not now in Standard. The other masters unlocked just fine, it seems it's just Zana that is bugged.
