About Bisco's Collar - Build?

I couldn't find a build that includes Bisco's Collar, is there any specific build with it that can easily run the maps ?

it depends how cool you are only cool people can use Bisco Collar
otherwise you will face the consequences of a bad drop .

You don't so much build around bisco's collar, you're basically just utilizing a setup that doesn't reserve the amulet slot. It's the heavy mf/quant builds that get specific because you end up having to dedicate more spots to specific items, like building around windripper may utilize a biscos in the build (possibly both) but bisco's collar hardly dictates a thing while windripper requires a bow skill and starts to define the build.

Just find any windripper tornado shot deadeye on the Ranger subforum, and replace the amulet they use with bisco's. Figure out resistance replacements on your own time if they had resists on their amulet.
