Guys today i made was collecting gear for my build... But its not a MILLION DPS as my firend told me it will... Where is my mistake ?

Use Path of Building to make calculations. In game tooltip is bullocks.
The opposite of knowledge is not illiteracy, but the illusion of knowledge.

High dps builds ask mostly for almost perfect gear/rolls/ 20-23 quality gems etc etc. And....you'r lvl70 the build high dps is made for lvl100. You'r 3/4 into the build with 30 more points to spend.
