Hiltless does not reflect damage, makes you immune to physical reflect, possibly all reflect

Hiltless will not reflect damage and even attacking a rare with Reflects Physical Damage would not cause me to take damage. I've used it from 60-64 on a Ranger testing it on various mobs, using Resolute Technique, been naked, and nothing works. Another user has verified it didnt work on a Necromancer as well.
