Maddening presence icon missing up top

Was wondering what this grey rf looking thing was around my char, then noticed my new amulet had it.
No buff icon at top.  Last bumped on Feb 2, 2019, 10:32:02 PM

There are so many things that don't have a buff icon ...
SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.

Many buffs granted by ascendancies ( raider's phasing, trickster's damage reduction, etc ... ), plenty of unique item's effects ( death oath, all impresences apparently too .... ).
I'm not even sure if aspects have buff icons. Soem might not fall into the "buff" category, I mean things that provide a temporary boost to the character generally.
