Stun juggernaut build help

So I have been using tidebreaker as juggernaut and basically doing a stun+end charges build using tectonic slam as my main attack, however, I can't seem to figure out a way to make this actually work. Here's the link to the build https://pastebin.com/SZwZiumC If anyone could take a look at this and tell me what I need to do or if this is just not viable at all that would be great.

Which part of it does not work? The endurance charge creation or is the damage not enough?

Well the dmg isn't enough to stun any of the bosses even once, and survivability is a bit low tbh.

There's so much wrong with this "build" I do not even know where to start.
This is a horrible skilltree. You have spent 107 points, but only gained +47% life? No wonder you die to everything. +200% or more is expected to play endgame content. Instead I see plenty of skillpoint sspent on nothing, like +10 strength nodes leading nowhere. Your gem setup is the worst I've ever seen. Lvl 1 empower in your tectonic slam 5L? just as a sidenote, the entire syndicate is immune to stun and so any sort of stun build is very bad for this league

ty for that, had no idea they were all immune to stun which seems kinda strange to me, this is on standard though so I'm ok for now, now just to figure out if this build can work at all.

Check FireTek it is my tec slam tidebreaker build. I am doing just fine deep into red maps, working on 13-15 right now. I can stun lock t11 bosses maybe some higher havent checked.
