Einhar, Beastmaster quest bugged

Been walking around for 20-30mins, every part of the map explored and can't find this '5th beast'

Logging out didn't change anything either.

EDIT: Finally got it fixed, had to restart game and I think that respawned all NPCS.

This bug still repoes. I have also spent 30min canvasing the map.
You have to exit the game to force monsters to respawn to get number 5.
