Removed from Interrogation chamber

Sometimes when I interrogate someone, the next turn they are removed from interrogation chamber.
For example in the previous turn I had Rin*** as the leader of the safehouse and I interrogated her so that she will give me 3x11 intelligence to intervention. Back then I knew if I let Rin mature I will have a full safehouse. But instead Rin** is moved from the interrogation chamber with no intelligence given whatsoever. Basically I just lost a star.
Note: Currently have intervention 75%. In my previous turn I had 70 and something, not exactly certain it was 75%.

This happened to me like 3rd time while building this round of intervention, I really want to fill intervention up, but people refuse to get interrogated.

It still seems this is occurring.
This time I had Elreon*** in interrogation and he left immediately next turn.

It looks like this is happening when the total of interrogation of a person exceeds the 100% threshold.

I believe this has to do with when you skip an encounter (aka no betray no execute no interrogation), the following turn makes them escape?!?

Edit: Oh and maybe also for using the same zone for farming.

Are you sure they aren’t giving you int on another faction (which they can do when they are rivals)? If they give int on a safehouse that gets to or is at 100%, they don’t stay in the cell because there is no more to be gained.

Didn't know they can do that, will make sure to pay attention at this next time. Although is hard to believe I miss read the tooltip.

There's a bug where, when interacting with a Syndicate Member, the Interrogate option says it gives Intelligence related to that member's role, but it actually gives Intelligence for the encounter type they appeared in. So if Elreon is in Research and he appears in a Fortification encounter, the Interrogate option will look like it's going to give Research Intelligence but will actually give Fortification Intelligence. Hovering over the turns remaining when they're in your Interrogation chamber will show the Intelligence you're actually getting. So in your case, the Intelligence you got from Elreon probably unlocked one of the other roles's safehouses.

I'm quite sure this is a bug--I made a post about it which I've been bumping for weeks now, and they've completely ignored it.
