6L Armor pricing help?

It's a 6l, ilvl 84 assassins garb.

I think it's worth 30C, but my pricing does not take into account that it has free prefix and suffix slots, does that change anything?

I know ilvl84 is not high, but does ilvl matter much on an item like this? is it worth more or less because of that?

The explicit mod is 3% move.. seems like that is also irrelevant in pricing the item? or no?

I have no idea, but here is my opinion.

The minimum price is that of a divine orb (~15c, don't make the mistake of looking up the price for a blessing orb, like I did this league).
The life roll is good and the fire resistance is mediocre.
The lightning resistance and damage reflection are terrible and would be better, if they were open suffixes.

If the uncorrupted status does not matter, I would say it is between 18 and 20c.

If it is important, that the item has not been corrupted, you would probably be between 20c and 30c.

Apparently, you listed it for 28c, which seems correct. You could go a little higher due to the socket colours, but I don't know many builds that only need green sockets.

This item seems to be the best comparison I found.

The rolls are worthless.
