Gems stays the same also, so no changes there either.

Pros:
Cheap
Fun
Decently tanky
Ok mapclear
Great bosskiller

Cons:
Gem swapping for single target(only 1 gem)
Resistance balancing can be annoying

Passive tree/Path of Building/Pantheons:
Voidforge interaction in PoB

Spoiler
Non-POB: http://poeurl.com/cjGi
Bandits: Help Alira.

PoB: https://pastebin.com/jGtYejdT

Voidforges main mod does not work in PoB, so replace the 300% dmg line with
Gain 100% of Weapon Physical Damage as Extra fire Damage
Gain 100% of Weapon Physical Damage as Extra cold Damage
Gain 100% of Weapon Physical Damage as Extra lightning Damage

Pantheons:
Major: Soul of Lunaris
Minor: the one you like, Soul of Yugol for Uber Atziri.
Soul of Ryslatha or Garukhan is the most useful ones i guess.

How the build works:
Spoiler
So this is not a fast attacking build. I have 3.17 attacks per second which is very slow compared to most builds today.
The idea is that we're gonna hit slow, but very hard.
My character has an average hit on 1M damage, so thats 3M DPS.
Attack speed isnt bad in any way, its just that we dont prioritize it over flat/% damage.

Flat physical damage and Crit multiplier is our best friends because we're using Voidforge.

We're also using Vaal Ancestral warchief, who posseses over 1M dps times 2.
Voidforge also allows us to Shock the enemies, and the way shock works is that the harder you hit, the more you shock which is great since we hit like a truck :)
I've no clue how to calculate the inc damage we get from it.
Id say we do about 6-7M DPS with everything combined.

Rings: we're using a Mark of the Elder coupled with a rare Shaped Ring in order to enable the 60-80% inc attack damage mod.
As mine has Assassins mark, its not necessary in any way, its just a nice dmgboost.

Resistances are important to balance since we're using both The Wise oak and Voidforge. We do all types of elemental damage.

Gear:
Spoiler

How to gear/what stats on what item?:
Spoiler
Weapon: Voidforge
Body armour: Loreweave(78 Max res most important)
Head: Starkonja
Belt: Stygian Vise with res, life, eledmg with attacks. Ele dmg/cold/lightning dmg is a nice bonus also.
Boots: Rare boots, Life, res, crafted ms/onslaught.
Gloves: Spiked gloves with res, life, flat phys. Attack speed is a nice bonus.
Amulet: Rare Amulet with life, flat phys, Crit multiplier, phys as extra cold, lightning or fire. Crit chance or res are nice bonuses.
Ring1: Mark of the Elder
Ring2: Rare shaped Ring with Life, res, flat phys, ele damage with attacks/cold/lightning damage. Assassins mark is a nice bonus.

Flasks:
Spoiler

The Wise oak
We use every elemental damage in the game so it suits the build very well, you have to balance your resistance with it
Lion's Roar
Great damage increase.
Diamond flask
Best damage flask in game, for critbuilds.
Has to have either Curse removal/immunity, or crafted crit on it(new in 3.5 Betrayal)
2x Divine Life flask
One with Bleed removal/immunity, and one with Freeze removal/immunity.

Optional:
Taste of hate
You can use this if you want, its not the best for this build but it gives great physical mitigation and damage.
It messes with the resistance balancing tho, so it will be a lesser option than The Wise oak.

Gems:
Spoiler

Frost blades - Hypothermia - Melee physical damage - Elemental damage with attacks - Ruthless - Damage on full life/Ancestral call(for maps)

Leap slam - Faster attacks - Blood magic - Ice Golem

CWDT(lvl 7) - Immortal call(lvl 1) - Blood rage - Frost bomb(not linked)

Herald of Ice - Hatred - Herald of purity - Enlighten(only need lvl 3 - Skip herald of purtiy if dont have one)

Vaal Ancestral warchief - Elemental damage with attacks - Concentraded effect - Damage on full life - Melee physical damage - Hypothermia if got 6L

Jewels:
Spoiler
We're using 2 Fight for survival for the extra penetration.
P.S You dont have to pick the dexterity nodes in the circle in order for the jewls to be enabled, the nodes just have to exist within the circle.

Rare jewels:
%maximum life
Any Critmultiplier we can get
Might need some Int if u lack it(we need 111 int total)

We can also use a Watchers eye for Hatred.
The best mod is the %crit one, but it can be expensive.
Penetration is the 2nd best one.
Conversion one does nothing for us since we're already converting 100%.

Enchants:
Spoiler
Head: Frost blade damage or Blood rage attack speed.
Gloves: None, we use spiked gloves for inc melee damage.
Boots: Penetration if you havent killed recently, the flat lightning works also but not as good as penetration.

Leveling:
Spoiler
You level with Frost blades from start, get Ancestral call asap from Tidal Island quest.
It helps alot for clearing.
Can also add Chance to bleed, Ruthless, Lesser poison and Onslaught support for extra damage and movement speed.

Leveling Uniques:
Weapons: Screaming eagles x2, at level 32 we swap to either The Gryphon x2 or lvl 33 Reapers Pursuit.
Once you are lvl 51, start using Terminus est till you get Voidforge.

Amulet: The karui ward can use all the way through campaign.

Boots: Wanderlust, swap to Victarios Flight at level 12.

Gloves: Lochtonial Caress, Tombfist at level 36 if needed.

Belt: Meginords Girdle all the way up to level 68 to be replaced by a Stygian.

Body: Tabula rasa(best with +2 to melee gems or projectile gems)

Helm: Asenath mark(the Int might be hard to come by for this), at lvl 23 u can use The Peregrine anyways. There is always ye ol' Goldrim also.

Ascendency order:
Unstoppable hero > Fortitude > Conqueror > Worthy Foe

Passive tree:
It doesnt really matter where you go first, try
get 2 jewel slots asap for Fight for survival x2.
It will help with both ST and AOE.
Dont take the Brutal blade/Fatal blade wheel until you start using swords.

Hardcore viable?
Spoiler

It can be, there is plenty of nearby life and mitigation nodes on the tree to adapt it to Hardcore.
You can even go with a 6L voidforge, socket the Frost blades there and use a Kaom's heart instead.

This can be the tree/PoB.
https://pastebin.com/Z2Aftewu
http://poeurl.com/cfvG

You might want to use Multiple totem support for AW totems also.
It will give less damage for the Vaal totems, but you can use 3 regular AW totems for tanking.

Uber Atziri setup:
Spoiler
Since we're not using Multistrike we can actually kill Uber atziri easily with Frost blades

If you dont want to risk it, we can use Heavy strike instead.
We swap out Frost blades for Faster attacks, and Ruthless for Heavy strike.
You can even equip 2x Weight of the empire jewels instead of Fight for surival to min/maxing it.

Another problem with Uber Atziri is her built in reflect, we will oneshot ourselves because of it.
We work around it by picking the Soul of Yugol pantheon, and we also swap out our Mark of the Elder ring for Sibyls Lament
Remember to put it in the left ringslot.

If i've missed something or made an error, please enlighten me and i'll fix it.

Im available here and ingame for questions.

Is there a specific way for leveling or we just go balls to the wall from the start and upgrade gear around A4 or A5 w/ FB? Or FB all the way there?

I will update the leveling in a moment, ty for mentioning it.

I didnt bother to 6L it, Ancestral warchief is socketed into it.
The unlinked gem is there so i can swap it out with Ancestral call easily for Bosses.

If your going to 6L it, hypothermia is the last gem.

Currently trying out the build. Looks promising and very well thought. I am impressed.

Thank you!
Looks interesting why not use Vaal double strike tho?

You can if you wish, but everyone plays Vaal double strike :P
Frost blades got 400-500k more dps in my current setup and has better clear and longer melee range.

PoB with vaal double strike: https://pastebin.com/pY0g9FWd

Oh, i guess you could put it in Voidforge instead and run AW unsupported.
Not a bad idea.
We are currenty using up all actionbuttons tho, so you'd have to run a regular (non-vaal)AW.

Since we freeze most stuff, even bosses sometimes, its rather easy to have full hp.
You could swap out Damage on full life for Maim if you'd like, Multistrike would give more dps but with so low attack speed it would feel awful.
