Kinetic Blast graphical display bug

After patch 3.5.1b, when I use kinetic blast it looks like someone has taken a marker and drawn lines between each projectile. Images below in spoiler.
Restarting client and running pack check did not help.

Just noticed it is also affecting barrage when used with a wand. If I fire barrage then move my cursor and fire barrage again quickly the black marker like look will apply between the two different barrages.
