Exalt or sell as is?

So I had a level 3 Leo in Research but no decent item worth using the free Exalt on. I bought an Elder Two-Stone ring and after about 25 Alts and a Regal I ended up with the Fire Damage to Spells and Attacks, Life, and Fire Res. When I used my Leo Exalt I hit the All Res. Now I have another level 3 Leo in Research but hes now the leader so I assume that means I get two benches. Should I double Slam the ring or should I leave at least the suffix or prefix open? This item is purely for profit since I alrady have two decent rings for my current Molten Strike Jugg build.

Assuming a worse case scenario where I double exalt the ring and get pure garbage how badly does it hurt the value of the item compared to as it is now with one open prefix and one open suffix? Theres only one other ring on BSC thats fire damage, 70+ life, and 100+ total resists and its 7ex but only has an open suffix so its hard for me to tell what this thing is even worth to begin with lol.
