Stygian Vise belt

About the property of Stygian Vise: - 50% increased effect of socketed jewel
for example if i have 7% cast speed in case... on my 2 socketed eye jewels inserted in Stygian Vise then will i have get 28% of cast speed? ((7+7)*2)
Or for example: - if i have such property - 20% increased Damage if you've Killed Recently - on my 2 socketed eye jewels then will i get 80% damage? ((20+20)*2)

How can this 50% be useful for me?

The +50% increased Jewel Effect is only on the Unique Stygian Vise, not all of them.

Now, it's a +50% of ALL effect of EACH jewels separately.
So let say 7% cast speed on each, you'll get 7% multiplied by 1.5 (so 10.5 each) and then, there added to your max stat (so, not 28% but 21%)
and so, not 80% damage but 60%

Yes, - you are right, - i forgot about my right calculation.

I don't know :) - these are newbie questions but: -

1. Is it local stat or global?
2. Will 21% of cast speed boost my main skill (storm call)

There is no stupid question, so go on and ask.

1) Since it enhance only your abyss jewel socketed inside the belt, it's a Local Mod

2) any cast speed will bosst any spell you use. Since Storm Call is a Spell, yes it will boost it.
It may not be as viewable as Arc but it will have an effect.
