how does one get focus?

I am seeing a lot of veiled mods do something when you focus

Mod with "while focussed" will give you Focus while equipped.
Focus is a 4s buff with 8s CD I think. You could use it like any other skill in the game. |

Maybe. Never add an item with Focus so can't tell exactly.
