Cant Enter To The Game [Help Me !]

Please Help

Hello i have problem, i just go back to POE after a montch break, i instal a new update, and i cant enter to the game by steam. i click Play and its show "launched" but game wont open.
I try full reinstall game 15 GB download but still dont work i send a Screenshot, there is no error or any message, i just click play on steam and nothing pop out.


I tried to disable and enable PC 3 times, I removed and installed again, and checked the consistency of the game files on Steam, everything is fine but unfortunately, when i press play, nothing happens


I contacted the support support@grindinggear.com but unfortunately they wrote back "We will be offering technical support again in February 2019, please feel free to contact us again."

the game writes it's info into a logfile, it's located in the "PoeInstallFolder/logs/client.txt"

just lookup the last few lines for a hint what's wrong.

don't post any info from that file here without a second look at it cause it may contain personal information like chat content.

steam also has a function for checking the game's integrity. it's somewhere under the properties for the game (rightclick/options).

worth checking, sadly i don't use steam.

Yes i did it, it show on 2nd screenshot

"all files have been successfully verified"

And i did check [Logs]

2018/12/14 02:56:18 (last log, when last time i log into the game)

Unfortunately, it does not show new logs if I can not enter the game.

Try to contact Steam support or install the stand-alone client for PoE since this is only a problem for Steam users.

Close antivirus and close you background task at task manager any Programm is blocked the game exe and why you have PoE at the background from steam? its only a picture?

Hello i did try turn off my Anti-Virus and it did not work, and on steam is just screenshot.

you also close all background tasks? look into the task manager there must be alot stuff maybe look too at your installed Programms.. deinstall what you no need or turn it off and make a test. looking if poe run..

Yes sir, i did it all, i did try everything but still nothing work, after new year i will make new windows and then will see if that won't help i don't know what will ;/

It's funny that in the task manager I show the poe, but the game does not start.
