Mind of the Council [Evasion & Energy Shield Bug]

It seems that Mind of the Council doesn't increase the energy shield and evasion correctly.
Mask base stats are 545 evasion and 108 energy shield. My Energy Shield without the mask is 352 and with it it's 555. My Evasion without the mask is 287 and with it it's 924. What does 247% increased evasion and energy shield actually mean?   Last bumped on Dec 19, 2018, 3:25:15 PM
