Helena missing from hideout(s)

Joined a friend's party to get the glacial hideout unlock from iceberg; the encounter was bugged and nobody got the unlock even though it was fully cleared and 0 monsters remaining. Following that, returning to my hideout, Helena was gone. Switching to other hideout types in town didn't bring her back and attempting to place her from the decorations menu fails.



As far as I am aware, I'm the only member of the group who this happened to.

Somewhat interestingly, when a friend comes to my hideout, they see Helena's name displayed on the mini-map, but not her model (actually looks like she may be out of bounds). However, she does not show on my own mini-map.




After I spread my masters out a little within the hideout, my friend was able to see her both on the mini-map as well as her character model in the hideout. I, however, still cannot.




I also cannot see my friend's Helena in their hideout when I visit.




Finally, if I switch to a different character in the league, she is there in both my own hideout and my friend's.



Maybe my Marauder said something to offend her?

In summary, the things that I have tried but which have not restored her for this character:

Speaking to Helena in town.
Switching hideout from town.
Reclaim all decorations and attempt to place Helena from the decorations menu.
Closing the game and re-launching.
Completing a Helena side-quest from act 8.
Moving masters around in the hideout.
Switching characters.

So, one thing I didn't try last time was speaking to her in town for act 2 specifically (I tried act 7 and Oriath in the epilogue). I was there for something else recently and spoke to her there, now she is back in my hideout. Still not sure why she disappeared, though.
