Can't complete my first incursion

I did Alva's missions, but for reasons I didn't start the run through the temple as soon as I got the option.

After that, Alva never showed up in maps and I can't invite her to my hideout, and I also can't see her in my friend's hideout. Even ran through one of his incursions to see if it fixed it, but it didn't.

I still have the quest to complete the incursion.

Please help me.

join an area until you meet alva, run her incursion AND leave the portal before the time is over!
then your first quest is complete.

Been through several maps that were supposed to have her, never saw her.
I'm done with the timed portals, it is the temple I can't get to.

Her dialogue options in town are just "Introduction", "The Temple of Atzoatl", and "Goodbye" so I can't invite her to the hideout either.

If she doesn't have "View Temple" as a dialog option, you probably need to go find her in act 7, where she was initially introduced and do her encounters in the story mode section of the game until you complete one full temple. Just a guess, but it's what I would do.
