Carnage Chieftain spectre casting MassFrenzy less often

The Carnage Chieftain or Stygian Silverback used to cast their MassFrenzy at the same rate as the Host Chieftain casts his MassPower. Now I count an average of 5 MassPower for 1 MassFrenzy.

Very easy to test. Get both spectres behind a door where there are monsters, they will go apeshit casting their buffs. Host casts it 5 times more than Carnage.

Bugged? Or they were nerfed?

Both linked with blood magic?

If so any news.

Is it enough to keep FC up on a pack? Hate to see the non specter builds take another hit ... seeing as specters are easily the strongest.

Yes both on the same gem with Blood Magic. No it's not enough to keep 3 charges up all the time, it's barely enough to keep one. The host Chieftain will keep you up at 3 perma power charges all the time easy.

Any update on the massfrenzy slowing down? I was hoping to do a Scourge Flicker build using the Carnage Chieftans to help maintain charges.

Edit: After going in and testing, the rate of the Massfrenzy is incredibly slow, with and without bloodmagic.

confirm this issue, when I map normally host chieftain warcry more often than the frenzy one. Frenzy charge sometimes drop off but rarely power charge, I always play with magic link

My carnage chieftain spectres don`t even cast Frenzy charge, since last update i think 3-4 days ago. I tried to resummon them without success, they just never cast Frenzy charge.

Spectred Blood Chieftains now have a cooldown on their power charge-generating roar.

Its an intended nerf, they probably just forgot to say the change applied to frenzy apes as well.

Though why the fuck they would nerf something like that is beyond me.

I guess you are only allowed to play the GGG Approved builds.
