Siosa does not sell Brutality Support

As the title states, Siosa in Act III does not offer Brutality Support for sale after completing his quest.

" He won't sell gems which are "quest rewards" (and available for purchase) at Act 4 until you actually do those quests. Brutality is one of that gems. Remember, suffering is convenient.
That is why many people prefer it. Happiness requires effort. |
