Alva quest bugged

here are the bug numbers, in sequence:
1.502.076.345
726.983.623
2.044.000.720

as a brief description i started the league, entered act 7 and talked to alva inside the town and she gave me the quest asking me to go to the causeway
when i reached the northern forest, she appeared and i did 3 incursions but i ended up dying on the last one. the mechanic seemed to work fine
when i entered the causeway she did not appear there but i thought i just missed it
now that i finished the game i noticed that she didnt appear in the epilogue then i went back to act7 and she still remains there not budging, cant invite her to my hideout
when i go to the causeway the quest still is marked as incompleted but alva wont Spawn ever no matter how many times i try to reset the instance

I have same issue and cannot complete quest.

just to update i just woke up today and the first instance in the causeway spawned the damned explorer so now it is fixed
but i think the bug remains since there are people still reporting it

Same Issue keep running but cant find Alva..

try to manually exit the portal of the incursion you are in!

I have a similar problem, can't invite here to my hidout and the favour level also does not seem to rise (even though I only did one temple after reaching maps, maybe it just takes a bit? Niko is level 3 after just a couple delves though...). I can however encounter her in maps. Submitted a bug with reference number 3.498.408.792. I was in a party when I did the story quests and most of the instances where opened by someone else. It could also be that we didn't finish all incursions back then, if that helps.

I have same bug: cannot invite Alva to ho; completed missions in (marked) maps in atlas but still lvl1 and no invite option
Still in A7: No Time like the Present: Complete the Incursion; sis with another player saw mission completed message but no change

I've got the same problem. If anyone knows where in A7 she may spawn, please share it. I first encountered her in the chamber of sins, but she is not appearing there now (or Vaal City, Causeway, etc).

She is showing up in maps, but I can't progress or invite to HO as others are experiencing.
